In June 2003,
Captain Martin Daly passed through the
offices of Quiksilver International in
Sydney on his way to the Crossing in
Central America. The Quiksilver Crossing
left Australia in March 1999 and is well
on its way to a full circumnavigation of
the globe. Six-time world champion Kelly
Slater also dropped in to assist with
the Crossing itinerary planning for the
months ahead.
