A week after the
tow-in trip finished a huge swell
arrived. This trip had been set aside
for the Polynesians as they had allowed
us to surf their regions for many
months. They found an unsurfed outer
reef maxing at 15 feet +. Vetea David,
Titus Kinimaka, Alain Riou, Thierry
Domenech, Raimana Van Bastolaer, Arsene
Harehoe, Teiva Goyeux and Heifara
Tahutini made use of the jetskis in the
biggest surf on the Crossing to date.
